The Great Migration
These photos don't do justice to this great spectacle. The migration entered the Mara earlier than normal. Yet, we were amazed at the numbers of Wildebeast and Zebras. We also missed the fabled water crossing. We did see a massive heard across the river poised to cross, when safari vehicles came up behind them and the animals moved on up river.
Going Home
These are evening scenes at sunset when the animals, after a day of grazing, methodically march to where they will spend the night.
